Our beverages are prepared fresh to order, and food items are made with the same care as our dine-in customers. We recommend picking up your order within 15 minutes of receiving the ready notification for the best experience.

We can remake items, provide refunds for unresolved issues, or offer store credit for future visits. Preparation times vary depending on your order complexity and current store volume. Typically, beverages take 5-10 minutes, while food items may take 10-20 minutes. When placing your order, you can choose your preferred pickup time, and we'll ensure your order is ready by then. You'll receive a notification once it's prepared.

Order modifications or cancellations may be possible if your order hasn't started preparation yet. Please contact the store immediately after placing your order if you need to make changes. Once payment is processed and preparation begins, modifications become more difficult. For cancellations after payment, please speak with our store manager for assistance.
